In Nusil’s RD Laboratory, consistently generated several usable and innovative recommendations for process improvements demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking throughout work assignments and developed new approaches and ideas. Successfully adjusted reaction rates and conditions in the development of chlorosilane-free version resin and modified the molecular weight and polydispersity of the resin. Directly impacted diphenyl cyclic polymer project and solved the haze issue in dimethyl-diphenyl copolymers.

In Crestwood, established a laboratory for evaluations and analyses of NGL and Natural Gas, determine appropriate instruments for particular lab type and maintain adherence to all established plant extension, safety procedures, and analytical methodology. Efficiently wrote and executed SOPs (standard operating procedures), quality assurance, and quality control plans based on ASTM, GPA, and UOP test methods. Effectively trained and managed laboratory personnel in the use of analytical instrumentation, conduction of SOPs, quality assurance, and quality control. Major Gas Chromatography Update by modifying manual flow controls to electronic flow controls. Method developing, tuning then calibrating.

Consulted by LPG and Crude industries to establish laboratory and solve issues, create value, maximize growth and train the laboratory technicians.

In Saybolt, West Mifflin PA, establish the laboratory. This project includes determining budget, instruments and equipment, laboratory design based on the regulation.
